Foul smell armpits And ye

From last 2 days my armpits are smelling some different. I didn't went out in these two days i stayed indoors so wasn't sweating that much . I also have a thin white milky coating from last 4 months months which i consulted 1 oral medicine specialist 3 ent,s 2 dentists they say my tongue is normal there is nothing wrong . I feel like i have a yeast infection for which i took a home candida spit test which myself which i feel is positive .i thought don't know the credibility of that test .I hate this smell I am very hygienic and i don't have hair in my armpits as well . could this smell be because of yeast infection which i think i have .Just a guess .I have no other problem
