Forme Fruste Keratoconus
Hello doctors! I was being diagnosed with forme fruste keratoconus in both eyes in August 2019. Since then my cornea has thinned over time constantly. Though the central thickness is still the same. However, my symptoms have also worsened over time. Should I go for C3R? According to optovue scan my corneal thickness is 466 and 470 microns for right and left eye respectively.

Hi .. Form froste mostly refers to non progressive kind of keratoconous. A doctor has to take the decision of to advice for c3R or not depending on whether k reading, Refractive cylinder and symptoms are progressing. It will be difficult to suggest anything without detailed case history and examination.
