Forgotten everything

Asked for Female, 65 Years

My Aunty is suffering from a mental condition since 2 years, but as she stays with my grandmother no 9ne know what her condition is exactly. She has forgotten everyone in her family, and is overly possessive about her things, she was lost for 4 days last month. I need to have her checked up however she can't visit as my grandmother is old. Kindly let me know how I can go about this case as I live in uae.
