From a few days I have been noticing that iam forgetting things also my mind seems to be blank and absent. There is no anxiety or tension.Also I had my ct scan and mri and all were ok.what could be cause of it? Please help.

It looks like that certain thoughts are filled or occupied in your mind..
Maybe some issues are not resolved, Or it is bothering you..
As your focus are in those thought process, you seem to be feeling forgetful on those activities you need little more focus..

This could happen due to some unattended thought. Mind is blank yet occupied with some things which could be in our sub consciousness.

If you had your periods (Monthly cycle ) recently or having now,mood swings could be a reason .Other than that quality of sleep plays major role .These are temporary,try to eat well and have quality sleep .Still if the symptoms persist ,do consult for further guidance.
