Foreskin won't come up
Does this mean that penis got cicumcised as I'm able to see tip of it and foreskin is retracted down even if penis is not erect
As it happened for the first time it feels a bit different while walking. How should I go about it

Please consult a General Surgeon in your area. It is possible that you might have developed paraphimosis while trying to forcibly pull the foreskin in spite of having phimosis.
