Foreskin not pulling back.
I have a tight foreskin and hence it is not pulling back. When I try to pull it back some area of the glans can be seen and touched. But the foreskin doesn’t pull back completely on erection. I also have no pain while urinating so I assume that it is not a case of phimosis.

Yes it indeed is Phimosis , In which case you need to undergo Circumcision. There will be no problem in passing urine but Erection and specially intercourse becomes very painful, thus requiring circumcision
