Foreskin is tightening
Earlier my foreskin was flexible to move back and forth.i am suffering from smegma.Doctor advices some medication and from few days I could clearly see the foreskin is tightened and very painful while moving back and slight irritation on the tip of foreskin

You may be suffering from repeated infection. It may lead to progressive fibrosis of the skin n end up with phimosis
