Why don't you want to visit a doctor. They are there to help you. You don't need to be ashamed or feel reluctant going to a doctor. If the foreskin is too tight and it's not retractable and you have pain while performing in sexual activities you should consult a surgeon. He after detailed examination will tell you what needs to be done for your problem. Don't be shy. Visit a doctor.
