Foreskin became too loose. Glans penis.

Hi Doctor, I have habit to masturbate from my childhood(7-8 years old). At that time foreskin could cover my penis glans completely. It could be pull back completely while cleaning. But after about 1-2 years of masturbation, it stopped covering glans automatically, When my penis became erect it pull beck behind glans but after erection gone out I used to pull foreskin on glans manually. After few months, it completely stopped to cover head of penis. After 5-6 years of masturbation, foreskin always kept itself behind glans. Foreskin is loosed as much girth of penis and fell short to cover glans and erect penis have length of 5 inch but girth is only 5 inch, which looks like a little more girth of a pen. I am not married. But from few years, I ejaculate early while masturbate within a half minute. I exercise regularly 2-3 days in week and in diet ,eat vegetables and fruits enough. I do not eat fast foods completely. Penis girth ,early ejaculation and short foreskin not cover glans penis.
