Foreign particles in eye
During driving some foreign particles enter into my eyes I had taken some prevention like cleaning eyes with warm water and used eye drops but I am feeling something inside my upper eyes membrane.
I visited to general physician, he said nothing can be found and some swelling occur due to some foreign particle enter it

You will need everted upper eyelid evaluation, to make sure no foreign particle is stuck there. Prefer visit to an ophthalmologist.
