Forehead tan is dark than my other skin
Will turmeric powder and besan mixture remove tan on my forehead??
If not than what should I use???

Forehead tan is due to chronic sun exposure. Routinely when we go out, we usually cover our face with dupatta or something similar where as forehead remain exposed which can lead to tanning of left over areas.
Another reason could be repeated friction produce by hand towel after washing or in attempt to wipe sweating coming on forehead from scalp.
Next Steps
do not rub the area repeatedly. cover the forehead with any appropriate physical means. apply good sun screen with SPF 50 every 3 hourly during day time.
at night apply skin lightning cream gently on affected part without rubbing.
Health Tips
Do not rub or scratch the affected area. avoid contact with hair dye or any oil applied on scalp.
