He just had 6 dental cavity fillings in his mouth. Ever since, from next day onwards, he has been having continuous headache in his central head region. Your xray indicates that you might need a few root canals. Headache isn't likely to be due to the tooth for the simple reason that if it is, the offending tooth will also surely ache. Sometimes there is headache due to keeping your mouth open for a long time during dental treatment, but it goes away in a day.
