Forearm tenderness
Part of forearm is tender to touch and painful. Seems to be a little swollen. Didn't have any accident or hit arm on anything so not sure what happened.

Hello. Use an ice pack over it and take a pain killer if necessary. If it doesn't improve in 2 days,please consult.
