Forearm injury
I was closing my window and suddenly some accident cracks happen to my hand and i start feeling pain after that when i went to my nearby hospital they advised me to go for x-ray and in x ray it was detected that there is a little fracture in my forearm bones.but after taking the medicines that is been consulted by doctor i feel relaxed and i was not even feel pain yesterday after few hours of accident.

It doesn't matter whether you are having pain or not but if there is any fracture in your forearm bone, you should consult an orthopaedician to get the plaster application or whatever treatment required. Otherwise you will suffer in future.
