Can i use kojic acid as a fairness cream... What are the side effects.... what are the side effect of hydroquinone+ isotretinoin+ mometasone combination cream, can it be use for fairness Is there any cream which can fair the skin effectively and permanently without any side effect ?? Kindly suggest some better option
