Hello. I hv right Fallopian tube is block nd Im trying for pregnancy but doctor said go for IUI or ivf iam not understandng which the best plz suggest me, IUI OR ivf which is good.

If your left tube is open ...you can try for natural conception..or ovulation induction and follicular monitoring. Next step is iui if above is already done. At last is ivf.
