When should i have shelcal hd tablet ? After or before food? Also tell me the time duration before or after food? Thanks.

Hello there. I can understand your concern.
Shelcal HD is a calcium supplement and like all nutritional supplements, it should be taken after food.
I would suggest you get adequate sun exposure daily for atleast 20 minutes with 20 percent of body surface area exposed before 1.
Tab. D3 must 60k once a week to be chewed after food for 3 months.
One glass of milk in the night daily will also be of great help.
