Hi, Guduchi/Gilooy is Rasayan drug so u can have it with ghee specialy cow ghee ur issue will benefit in just 21days... dose 3-5 gms twice a day. Tulsi will work in winter n Neem can cause dryness of skin so it depends on ur prakrititake care

U can take giloye,neem,tulsi kadha in every morning empty stomach..it help to boost up ur immunity and health.. But don't take any medicine for it..any vati aur rasayan No doubt these not have any negative effects.. But I recommend that take pure herb in kadha form not in any preparation God bless u

Also concensrtrate on nutritious diet and sound sleep as stress is important cause of diabetes and heart diseases in present generation. Divya arogya vati needs supervision from ayurvedic doctor.

giloy is best rasayan drug rejunivation drug..u can hve rgular but neem is ushana by prakruti.so after consulting ur ayur dr. have a regular this remedies..
