Your body weakness is due to cold & fever symptoms and not due to the medications you have taken . I need more history after which i can lead to a conclusion of what has happened to you. For the time being you can continue Antibiotics till 5 days two times a day and take paracetamol 650mg thrice daily or when fever appears . For antibiotic ,you can have diarrhoea for which you can take Sporulac sachet 2 times a day in half glass of water. For further enquiry you can take consultation from me .
Weakness is due to viral infection
Please take medications for cold and fever and get some blood tests done.
Consult a local physician or you can consult me online via Practo

It is because of viral fever you are having this problem.

Drink plenty of water.
If your symptoms do not improve even after taking medications for 3 days
