Greetings - Procedures like microneedling rf, fractional lasers or just microneedling are necessary for scars are helpful and necessary. Chemical peels will help for acne and spots. Peels do reduce small superficial scars to minimal extent. no creams would actually make any change in scars. see a qualified dermatologist near you . Hope this helps
