Foot sking issue
I have dark colored small patches on my foot skin which are covered by a layer of skin. If I scratch it bleeds and hurts. Skin it bumped where patches are. It seems like something is there in it and I have multiple patches. I have attached picture.
Please let me know what could be the best to get rid of it.
