  3. Foot problem. Is 7. wht should i do?

Hi, I feel pain in the red marked area in the attached pic , in my foot when I wake up in the morning. Pain diminishes slowly. Am 82 kg. Uric acid level.is 7.3. What's the reason for this pain. Wht should I do ?

It looks like you are having plantar fascitis. I suggest you use a soft sole footwear at home and at work, with some plantar stretching exercises. Analgesics are also helpful. If this doesn't help, I suggest you visit an Orthopaedic and get evaluated for further treatment.
