My ldl and triglycerides are high. What are the foods to avoid and what are the foods to be taken to lower them.

Avoid junk food, maida, fried food, oily fatty food, red meat, alcohol and smoking. Have high fiber intake in your daily diet like lots of green leafy vegetables, whole fruits, salads. Exercise regularly and keep weight in control
