Which foods we should not eat empty stomach and in the morning and which foods we should not eat in afternoon and what not to eat in evening and night... I think if one understood this we will be disease free... so pls help

drink luke warm water without brushing.after tht
drink luke warm desi cow milk with 2 tsf desi cow ghee. dnt take any food meal breakfast,nonveg with milk,tea,coffee which is called virudhaahar in ayurveda.eat food when u hungry.dnt drink water much after meal.
avoid pulses after evening,avoid veg pototo,brinjle in night.
before sleep drink warm milk helps you to good sleep.

Early morning drink 2 glasses of water.Do yoga and meditation. Take some oil massage and take bath. Predominance of kapha will be more in morning, so it is better to avoid oily,heavy,non vegetartian. Take light foods like iddly ,dosai, salads ,fruits etc.For lunch you can eat all food items. Because pitta predominance will be more so digestion will be fast. It is better to start with sweet because it will increase more gastric secretion.For dinner also light food. Don't mix curd with fish,avoid curd during night,don't take fruits shakes immediately after the the food. If you have any problem with your appetite and defecation correct it immediately .Don't suppress your natural urges .Do purgation once in a month ,it will cleanses your complete system.Do exercise for one hour.S
Hello.. In empty stomach one should not take spicy , hot , food items , it increases gastric juice secretions.. One should gradually decrease quantity of intake from to night... Means eat less in supper coz you sleep then , don't work ...Add vegetables in every meal......
