Food b4 exersize
Most of the peiple say we should do suryanamaskar empty stomach, but I will feel very energy less in the morning without eating anything it's very hard to exsersize... pls suggest what to do? Is it okay of I eat something and then do suryanamaskar... if yes then what to eat and if not then from where I bring energy for execersize... pls give proper advise...

Initially You start can practicing Sooryanamaskara in evening 5 hours after the lunch(Dont eat anything after Lunch). Before doing Soorya namaskara do little warm up exercises.
