I have a pimple or bump in my vagina..it is actually folliculitis..is it a serious problem..should I worry about it .. or it can be fix by treatment..

Not serious...it's bacterial infection... for detailed information do direct online consultation with photos

If you are sure it is folliculitis, it is not serious. Can apply a topical antibiotic cream. If you want a diagnosis, kindly consult online.
