I have this problem like pimples on hand and leg which is filled with white pus and it's very itchy at night time ? Do glycolic acid cream will cure?

It's a Bacterial infection.Glycolic acid must not be used it may cause redness and burning.proper treatment need to completely cure and to stop new lesions.kindly consult for treatment.
