On my 20 th day i was scanned but no dominant follicle what is the problem?Can i get periods?My doctors say will see next cycle but didn't give any medicine for my periods?What can I do?Last period after 3 month its came?This month can i get periods easily?

Did you have any scan before? As on day20 mostly your follicle may have ruptured so there may be no dominant follicle at that time.
