Follicular size and hcg injection

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Taken hcg 5000 injection on march 16th but not ruptured. Period came on 30 march. Today is 15 day of my period cycle when can I take hcg injection for egg rupture to get pregnant

It depends on the size of follicle. Once follicle reaches 18mm you can take,but ideally it's better to take on day 12.
