  4. Follicular cyst in left ovary. Medicine?

Follicular cyst in left ovary
My periods are not coming and my gynae has given Primolut N to get my periods along with blood tests and TVS. Got my TVS report it shows 2 follicular cysts in my left ovary measuring 2.6x2.5cm and 1.5x2.1cm. Are these dangerous and can they be resolved with medicine?
