Follicles size 18mm and 20mm
I'm taking HCG injection tomorrow when my follicles sizes today are 18mm and 20mm both in right ovary left ovary has 1 follicle of 11mm ET 8.6mm is it a bit late to take the injection tomorrow? Everyday follicles are growing by 2mm I'm doing IUI cycle

Trigger is given when follicular size is around 18-20 mm. It would have been better if the HCG was taken today. If you are taking it tomorrow,do a TVS,  look if the follicle has ruptured, if not ruptured then only take inj HCG.
