My wife has done follicle test on 15th days after periods the report says cyst has become multi separate...on 13th day the follicle size is 27.31*28.11mms....what does it mean

A multiseptate follicular cyst is often a missed growing follicle alongside on USG. At size of 22mm plus, the ovulation should occur but if it hasn't then she has a high progestogen if mileu around follicle to disallow rupture. She is likely PCOD.
