Can this follicle size lead to ovulation and chance of pregnancy?
I have a standard cycle of 29-30 days. This is a natural cycle and no simulation medicines have been taken.

For ovulation size of follicle should be around 18-20mm.
Next Steps
Continue follicular study on day 16 and 18 and check for egg growth.
If there is no increase in size you can take medicines next cycle for egg growth.
