FNAC report guidance
Sir/ma'am Patient aged 70 is diabetic hypothyroidism person. He was diagnosed orla scc left side stage 4A in june2022  and was treated with surgery+radiotherapy and chemotherapy. On his routine follow-up he underwent USG neck and his reports are attached. Also after USG he underwent FNAC USG and He has no complaints or symptoms and eating well and doing well. Kindly guide is this FNAC suggestive of anything serious? What should be our next step? Thankyou Latest TSH:6.11 rest everything is normal including CBC.

Hi Please get use guided fnac . Chance of getting a positive report is high if we get ultrasound scan guided fnac.
