Fluid retention in head and dizziness
I've got dizziness with shaking of hands. I feel the movement of fluid inside my head and it is always heavy and aching, many at times accompanied by nausea. The head and legs are swollen throughout. Also the neck and back are aching if I sit upright. All these seem to get reduced on lying down.

Most headaches are due to stress or eye strain. But swelling of legs had so many other causes. You need to consult a Physician.
