Fluid build up in ankles
Hello, My father had coronary angioplasty done in May 2024. He also had fluid build up in lungs which caused breathing problems. After 15 days of procedure, lvef improved to 42 from 30. But after couple of months fluid build up started and lvef reduced. He is taking upto 1 Ltr, water, sometimes even less. Fluid build up issues is still there and lvef is 20 to 25 , last scan in December 2024. Medicibes, rosumac gold 20, dytor 10 mg, nephrosave was suggested due to creatinine. Now creatinine reduced, bisoheart. Please advise what might be the issue as it is taking longer for him to recover.
