Hello... The symptoms should not be ignored.. My suggestion is to take some basic test and find out the cause before taking any treatment blindly. Better go for blood test like CBCMP. And if required Sonography abdomen. Then consult with reports for accurate treatment.

Hello, Thanks for your query on Practo "As" per your clinical history is concerned please take [paracetamol]for fever and add [pancef-o 200mg twice a day and kofarest plus for a cough] for 7 days.
Health Tips
1)Try to avoid cigarette smoke. Cigarette smoke increases your risk of chronic bronchitis. 2)Get vaccinated. Many cases of acute bronchitis result from influenza, a virus. Getting a yearly flu vaccine can help protect you from getting the flu. You may also want to consider vaccination that protects against some types of pneumonia. 3)Wash your hands. To reduce your risk of catching a viral infection, wash your hands frequently and get in the habit of using hand sanitizers. 4)Wear a surgical mask. If you have COPD, you might consider wearing a face mask at work and in crowds. Hope that helps
