Over the last few months, I've noticed I develop flu like symptoms after moderate levels of exercise. Examples of exercise would be a 15 minute run at an average pace (slightly more than a jog). I'm not sexually active now, but as of 6 months ago, I would develop these symptoms within 20 minutes of having sex.
Symptoms include runny nose, phlegm/mucus, sense of fatigue, and sometimes fever that lasts one day max.
Another concern is that I urinate frequently - about 10 times a day. I'm well hydrated. Within 20 minutes of drinking water I find myself wanting to use the toilet. I'm not sure if this is relevant but I wanted to include it.
