Relax.. an increase of 6-8 floaters is no increase at all. For floaters to cause worry, they should suddenly increase enormously— 10 now, 100 after 10 minutes, 1000 after 20 minutes or be accompanied by persistent flashes of light and or sudden drop in vision.
