Hello Floaters are very common and usually insignificant. I myself have 3 floaters in my left eye. Eye cancer patients may have floaters but i dont think you have an eye cancer. Only way to get rid of floaters is to avoid them. Having said that, get your retina examined to be 100% sure

Floaters have nothing to do with cancer .Floaters are because of inflammation in the vitreous which is a liquid in front of your retina .Kindly get a dilated retina examination done by a ophthalmologist.
Next Steps
Dilated retina examination .
