Flickering of lights in eyes

Asked for Male, 19 Years

While sitting in a room , I feel tube-light is suddenly and rapidly undergoing on and off like it fluctuates. Also a few floaters. I am not a migraine patient and visual disturbance is there. This happens 8-9 times a day. Please help me
