Flesh colored bumps

Asked for Female, 19 Years

It started with one or two about a year ago. I noticed today that I now have at least 10 but only on my lower leg. No itchiness or pain. Just bleed everyonce in a while when I shave. Very concerned and not exactly sure what it could be.
