Flaky patch at back of neck

My 21/2 month old daughter developed a flaky like patch at back of the neck and some dandruff like on scalp.she is having thick hair..kindly suggest remedy..plz

Hi! Is child having scaly scalp? Since how long is this redness ? Any itchy scalp? More images and details are required If scaly scalp, apply mineral oil and be gentle in removing the scaly and apply spoo shampoo and rinse hair thoroughly.
