Hello Ma'am Implants are the only way to get your dentures fixed onto the jaws. If the existing dentures have become loose then firstly it would be ideal to go for a new set of dentures, or digesting dentures can be repaired by means of relining and rebasing, but if you want a fixed solution then implant supported denture is the only option.

Loose Dentures are due to two reasons - 1. Dentures being old 2. Poorly fitting Dentures 3. Over extending Dentures In first two situations new Dentures have to be made.  If the problem is as per 3rd point,  the Dentures have to be trimmed and adjusted.
Next Steps
in any of the above case scenario visit a dentist to get it rectified. you may come to my clinic as well
Health Tips
using a powder or cream to retain a loose denture in mouth will cause the bone to Dissolve fast. it is not advisable.
