Fistula Operation
Brother have fistula we did kshar sutra with laser technique to remove it after almost 1 week he is still having severe pain in the wounds and minor bleeding. Should we continue his medication or should I go for a general surgeon

For FISTULA kshara sutra is one of the proven treatment with good results but it takes a lot of time to heal the FISTULA...it requires multiple visits for tightening of the thread which loosens with time but will have better results at end
Next Steps
if you are not able to tolerate the pain visit the surgeon and go for fistulectomy which is equally good
