Fistula near labia
My mother has developed a fistula near labia following multiple abscesses since few months. she is diabetic. the fistula drains fluid and blood sometimes.

Hello.... In diabetic patients abscess takes time to heal... Multiple abscess could be due to bacteria infection.. Hygienicity of private parts is very important.... Dressing is required till wound heals completely... Her blood sugar should be maintained under control, consult general surgeon.
