Fistula in ano
From 1-2 years there is discomfort in anal region with pus discharge. when i consulted for this it was fistula in ano. it will be ok with few days of medication and again comes back with same intensity and trouble.

Hello there we understand your feeling and your condition too. You need to understand that fistula in ano is totally a surgical and it won't stop unto it is treated surgically. As the anal canal is high prone for infection there would be recurrence as always. Hence we suggest you to consult a general surgeon and get it removed. Hello, fistula in ano is known as Bhagandara where in there is a abnormal tract usually due to a untreated abscess(in the anal region). Kshara sutra treatment is a established therapy for this where in the final result is same as surgery but with less recurrence rates. A rectal scan/ fistulogram would help to locate the tract and the treatment can be planned accordingly.
