Fissure problem
I have pain in anal right side area and also feel in that muscle are hard. Also I was fiscally meet a general surgeon on 11/10/23 and he give some medicine and cream site bath but till now right side muscle pain are not relived.

It’s is best to undergo procedure which can be done under regional / caudal anaesthesia which is mostly the permanent cure for the fissure
