Hello, The common reason for fissure is constipation . It is among those who are involved in jobs that require sitting for long hours. People who do not indulge in any form of exercise and movement of the body are more vulnerable to it. We have Ayurvedic medicine for your problem. No need for patients to get admitted and no operation or surgery required. You can contact me online or offline or visit Mumbai clinic for any questions or medication. Hello, I understand your pain. Fissure with fresh bleed is too worrisome, since you already know what to do with that. You can also use potassium permanganate for the same but. You can also use iodine 2% solution for the same. You need to take enough water and high fiber diet. But to be frank medications are temporary relief but surgical procedure may give you permanent solution. Thank you.
