Cardiac medicines specially cholesterol meds cause constipation...
Chronic constipation is the cause for non healing of fissure ...
Use some stool softener..like Duphalac or Loose regularly and increase the quantity of fruits and vegetables in your diet...( Fiber rich diet) which is good for cholesterol..and heart...
